Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

Once we have received and processed your payment in full, your package will be shipped out within 3 business days. Custom orders are expected to have longer shipping deadline. (This would be discussed with the custom order request). We take extra precautions to ensure your package is delivered safely and with no damage to it. However, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in perfect condition due to the Postal Service handling.

Once the package has been delivered by the shipping carrier, the risk of damage or loss of the item is the responsibility of the recipient.

Standard shipping for domestic orders:       
Expect package within 7-10 business days.

Standard shipping for international orders: 
Expect package within 14-21 business days.

Please contact info@thechromaticapparel.org if you have not received your package within 10 business days of receiving your tracking number. (Expect longer delivery time for custom orders)

The Chromatic Apparel ensures the delivery of the product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address, subsidiaries, or delivery services shall be in no way liable or required to issue a refund or resend the package. The Chromatic Apparel does not take responsibility for stolen packages once they have been labeled "Delivered" by the postal service.

International Orders: 
Please be aware that The Chromatic Apparel is not responsible for any customs duties or fees that may be incurred when shipping our products internationally. These fees are determined by the customs agency of the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend that international customers familiarize themselves with their country's customs policies before placing an order with us.
